Our Online Store receives orders non-stop and you will receive your order based on the following guide.

PLEASE SEE SHIPPING CUTOFF BELOW:

• Orders placed on Friday to Sunday at 11:59 PM GMT+8 will be shipped on Thursday.

• Orders placed on Monday to Tuesday at 11:59 PM GMT+8 will be shipped on Saturday.

• Orders made on Wednesday to Thursday at 11:59 PM GMT+8 will be shipped on Tuesday.

• Shipping dates are subject to change without prior notice depending on the availability of the product. We will let you know via email/SMS if the product is unavailable 1-2 days before the shipping date.

• Strictly no cancellation of order once an order is confirmed available and is ready for shipment.

• Expect your order within 1-4 business days ETA (though maybe longer depending on the courier's shipping policy) after the said shipping date.

• Please know that the items are coming directly from our suppliers, and rest assured that the products are being handled and checked properly prior to delivering the order. Therefore, we are not liable for any damages caused by the courier.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim.
